Mr. Roodhouse's social media activities gives me pause and undermines my confidence in his ability to adequately represent his client. In addition, his background includes working at the Boone County Missouri Prosecutor's Office. This office is well know for their prosecution of Ryan Feguson, whose convictions were thrown out by the Missouri Western District Court of Appeals in response to admitted Brady violations committed by that prosecutor's office. This is really the tip of the iceberg, but Google only gives me so much room. With a work history that includes such a questionable office, I wouldn't feel confident trusting my life and freedom in this attorney's hands. His unflinching defense of fellow prosecutors for which strong evidence of misconduct exists, only weakens my already grim view of my chances for a favorable outcome, we're I to retain his services.

Atty Roodhouse reviewed our family-purchased Long Term Care insurance policy and advised us to pursue a court review of failed performance by issuing company based on unclear and non-specific disclosure by agent selling contract. He suggested our case warranted a judge's review since we were not able to get relief from the company and promised we would not be charged if we did not receive a court review and relief...which we did! We are very pleased with the outcome which is exactly as John forecasted.
