Recently I had Nathan review a commercial lease for me. Over the past few years I've worked with Nathan on six occasions: 1. Founding my small business startup (2015). 2. Drafting a membership agreement for my personal training clients (2015). 3. Obtaining an agreement for commercial clients and businesses (2015). 4. Reviewing my first commercial lease agreement (2017). 5. Updating my business contract (2018). 6. Reviewing my new lease (2020). When I reached out to Nathan back in 2015 around the time that I was forming my LLC - I was afraid of how expensive this was going to be. Nathan is a consummate professional and I would've paid him double for the incredible work that he's done. Nathan tells me exactly what I need to worry about. He's very responsive and timely. All of my agreements are incredibly easy to read and free of jargon. Whenever my friends look to open a business I point them to Nathan. Nathan and Ernie both have my full confidence.

Ernie represented me in a personal injury case where I sustained a traumatic brain injury. Having a brain injury made me very weary & uncertain of moving forward with my case so I literally waited over 3 years before I felt secure enough with my own thoughts to proceed forward. He is a very family oriented person & often referenced wanting to help me the best possible way just as his father or Grandfather had helped people when he was young (I forget which one he specifically referred to so often due to my brain injury) but it was a repeated reference from him. It made me feel comfortable & when I finally said, ok let’s move forward, he moved it along very quickly & was extremely thorough. He had taken the time to talk to me enough by just calling & checking in that he didn’t need to get new information to help the case. This is unlike ANY other prior attorney I had utilized. He personally got to know me. He’s genuinely honest & has integrity! I will 100% use him in the future if needed & give a 10 star rating! He’s definitely beyond the 5 star limit! You honestly can’t find many people in this world who have his natural kind attributes. He’s so honest he’ll even tell you if it’s not his expertise because he wants the best for you & your family in the end. As, I had an additional case to go along side this personal injury & he chose to pass on taking it because he wanted me represented by someone who was an expert in that style case or field. It was a guaranteed payout but the amount would vary substantially depending on the knowledge of who represented me. That’s a rarity to see an attorney pass on a guaranteed payout because he knew he wouldn’t be able to get me a maximum payout because that type of law wasn’t his expertise. Ernie is an excellent attorney & will fight for you as if he were fighting for himself, it’s what we all need in this world!
