Peter Roth most recently worked with us on estate planning at the recommendation of a friend. It couldn’t have gone any better! We met several times. He answered all of our questions (a lot of them). Never felt rushed. He made it convenient to make office appointments and was always available by phone. It was painless and a pleasure to work with him. I will work with him again if needed. I would recommend him to family and friends.

I have worked with Peter A. Roth dealing with my will, revokable living trust, restatement of revocable living trust, durable power of attorney, a beneficiary deed, and including a property in my will's trust. It all was very complicated dealing with properties in NY and Missouri, a child with severe disabilities who has special needs, and other family members who are disabled and need my help.Mr. Roth was knowledgeable, caring of my situation (I'm widowed) and offered much sage advice. Plus... his fees were reasonable! I've worked with other attorneys and I have to say this was my best experience yet. You know the lawyer jokes... he doesn't fall into any of them.

Terrible and disappointing conversation with "intake" Tammy. First time I have ever had so much difficulty with someone understanding my husbands VA claim and wanting to fight back pay. Not that uncommon! She did not believe the statements I made and refused to speak with me, most be the spouse, who is the client. I understand that will come with time. This isnt my first rodeo and I can explain/HELP my spouse more as he does suffer from conditions that make it difficult for him to give details. She also did not believe the term of his discharge "Convenience of the government" and thought I made it up like I haven't seen it on his paperwork. Are you serious? I did get him 100% on my own....But You would know better, right? Its OK though, use this as a learning opportunity to research and be more respectful. Thank your spouse for his service.

I am very proud to say that this young lady with this law firm is the best I have ever seen. Never would I have thought they would walk with me every step of the way. Never did I feel uncomfortable about any thing they were doing. Any thing I call they were right there. They really understood what I was feeling after what I went through. Outstanding in every aspect of their work and not afraid to stand for what's right. God bless Nicole for being there when I needed you!
