Their employees tracey or what ever her name is very rude hangs up on people and talks over you very unprofessional, and this company keeps harassing me. I’m sure there are programs out Their for debt collector that harass people. This company Harrassed me so bad it triggered my ptsd made me have a sever mental breakdown.

Jim Feely was absolutely phenomenal! He was extremely thorough with his work and did an excellent job of explaining things to me that made the most sense. I would highly recommend him if you need to hire a lawyer in the Saint Louis area.

Horribly rude. Called about a debt of my father’s who has dementia. Accused me of lying about my father’s condition and threatened to sue him if I didn’t fax over power of attorney and assume responsibility for the debt. Spoke so fast that I could not understand the company name. I suspect that they were calling about his bill with Brinks Security for a house that sat empty for years. Brinks would not let me cancel the contract without a $3000 penalty when the house was sold.

Just spoke to Phyllis about a debt referred to there office. She is very rude, kept trying to talk over me, wouldn't let me finish a sentence to save my life. When I tried to discuss the matter with her, she interrupted and said something to the effect that I sound like I have told this story quite a few times. When I tried to respond she basically told me the client wants to get paid and they are going to verify employment and then hung up. Don't waste your time speaking with this company. You won't get any where right or wrong. Just dispute if you need to with the credit bureau and save your headache.

This company is built off fraudulent charges that don't even exist. My mother has never heard of this company in her entire life and owes no debt with any company, but what's really interesting is that they have been getting a hold of me for the past couple of months now with no voicemail or reason for calling. I spoke with a gentleman who would refuse to give me answers as to why they keep calling, but they can't disclose the "personal information" even with mother present. keep in mind that my mother is Hispanic and has only had a credit card through her own bank, doesn't have a cell phone, pays for her house, has a high credit score and again, has no debt with any company; especially one billing from Saint Louis, Missouri. They want to take advantage of anyone that will let them, just ask politely to have your number removed from their call list if they do not want to disclose the "personal" business they seem to have with practically no one.

The woman who answered the phone was a bully, she was belligerent, and refused to answer any questions. The "debt" owed was not legitimate but yet she threatened to send it to my bureau which happens to be spotless. I will report this to BBB as well.

If there was an option for zero, I would have used that. I spoke with Tracey Cobbins, and Jason and both were rude, hostile and belligerent. I wanted to get an explanation of the charges and they found I was being charged twice and the amount Tracey told me was incorrect and they continued to get loud and abrasive. They have ABSOLUTELY NO PEOPLE SKILLS. And don't know that customer service even exists.
