I have been with Hammond and shimmers for over twenty four years they take pride in there clients my attorney Ann dalton she is the very personable and caring and her assistant Jen wow I can even call her on her cell phone I have such a great experience with this firm they are awesome!!!!!!

Ann and her assistant Jen made it so easy and stress free!! Not your typical thoughts about dealing with an attorney and being on their schedule...made it possible to speak or even text after hours when it worked for me! Can’t say enough about these two and how much I appreciate the way they took care of me and my case. Definitely did not feel like just another case file. If you are looking for someone that cares about your needs being met I’m a timely manner please give them a call!!

I cannot praise Ms. Fernandez enough! She is a competent lawyer, an active listener and truly cares about her clients. I felt completely at ease, allowing her to handle my will/trust documents. Everything was done well, thoroughly and to my satisfaction. When it is time to revise/review my document, I will be returning to Ms. Fernandez.

Brigid assisted me in obtaining Veteran Aid & Attendance Benefits for my mother based on my father's military service in Korea. My father passed away several years ago and my mom has Alzheimers and her care is very expensive. Brigid handled all the paperwork and filing of benefits on behalf of my mother. Brigid and everyone at Martha Brown were extremely helpful. We were successful in getting my mom approved for benefits.

Ms. Fernandez was very helpful getting my elder mothers affairs in order. Set up family trust and worked very hard on obtaining spousal VA benefits for my mother. Highly recommend Ms. Fernandez for anybody seeking elder law services.

Brigid assisted us in establishing our wills, financial POA's and healthcare POA's. She was efficient, knowledgeable and informative. She educated us on aspects of this process that were unfamiliar to us. We are confident that we have all of our bases covered. Her support staff was also very friendly and accomodating.
