Craig at the Ellisville office was a very patient man I was not the easiest client to deal with. He pulled through with a favorable victory and I’m able to be a mom from here on out. Considering none of them had any time to prepare for my case I’m happy with the end result !

I originally met with James Ahearn at the Clayton office for my consultation. I was very impressed with James and happy with that meeting, however James was not assigned my case. Instead I was assigned to Craig Goza in the Ellisville office, 45 minutes away from where I live. While Craig has been very passionate and supportive of me and my family goals, I have been disappointed with the process. It took close to 3 months for my initial motion to be filed. During that time and since then, a lot of expensive research and consulting has been done, but we just now have possible steps to get me towards a settlement, seven months and tens of thousands of dollars later. We're closing in on a year with nothing resolved, so this review is subject to change. Update 02/28/21: Assigned a new attorney and worse off than I was before.

I had a probation revocation with 2 felony cases had one of those revoked in 2017. Richard R. Lozano got the judge and state to agree on not revoking my probation. Very outstanding lawyer who is their to fight for you.

I hired him to help me cash out some stocks after my mother died almost 5 years ago. He has been dragging his feet for five years. He was supposed to update court with a statement of account almost 3 years ago and it still hasn't been done. If this is not done in next month I will will be revoked as personal representative of my mom's estate and have to start over from scratch. This will cost much more money and time. I would not recommend him
