After 5pm on a week night I get a phone call from my son who was stuck on the expressway due to an accident and would not make a court appearance for a significant speeding ticket. Feeling helpless six hours away, all I could do to help him was to start making phone calls. Looking online and making phone calls was not working. Either no one answered the phone after 5pm or I had to leave a message. When I called Andrea R. Rogers, she herself answered the phone, very professional and knowledgeable. She took her time and answered all of my questions. She was able to file an electronic extension right away to prevent a warrant being issued for my sons arrest. My son did not have to appear in court and received a significantly lesser ticket that did not cause any points or increase his insurance.
