I called for some help on an outstanding ticket that had turned into a warrant. The lawyer herself answered the phone and spoke to me for 10 minutes giving me advice on what to do. Since I had worked with a difference law firm previously, she ultimately referred me back to them, but not before walkng me through all the steps of exactly what I needed to do to get it resolved. I offered her payment but she refused. She was exceptionally kind. I don't review often, but in her case I felt very compelled. And I am also very grateful.

Just a heads up, her services are a bit more expensive than those $35 ticket places, but I can't argue with the results and it was worth it to me.
