Randall Head represented me concerning a sensitive conservator matter with my aging mother. It was necessary to assume Mom's financial responsibilities due to her diminishing mental concerns. Randall was sensitive to my mother's conditions and presented a case in court that was respectful to her, yet explained eloquently to the court the need for her needed care. The results were successful and my mother has benefitted from efforts to assure her financial stability is preserved.
