When going into court this lawyer was prepared, although he was very responsive when contacting him via email. My issue with Mr. Pegram was not consulting with me before making agreements with the opposite party and gaslighting me by saying “it was what we needed to do and it wouldn’t have been possible to get what I wanted” he agreeded to another party for me to get a psychological evaluation without my permission saying it was what I had to do to fight my case. Then says plus what does it matter if nothing was wrong. After court a few days later I addressed I never agreed to that and said he wasn’t standing up for me correctly he had me come into his office to discuss something charged me for the visit and fired me as a client I find him very arrogant and unprofessional. It was a new process and I feel as if I wasn’t consulted with things that had been done I went with Kathleen in Farmington instead and received 50/50 custody of my son. Choose wisely with the lawyer you choose. Also double charges He went into court one time with me and keep all my retainer fee and somehow I still owe him 1500

I've been very impressed with Christopher and what he's done for me. He's very intelligent and not afraid to put up a fight. He's not afraid of questioning the prosecuting side. Christopher's very knowledgeable. He knows how the local counties work and a great deal of their history. He is also very respectful and has a good sense of humor. He goes above and beyond to make his clients comfortable and explains every single step to make sure you understand every option possible and how the judicial system works. I feel like I definitely made the right choice in having Mr Hartmann represent me in my case. And would definitely use him again, God forbid, if anything else would ever arise. I hope I'm not overstepping my bounds here, but In my humble opinion, speaking on criminal defense, if someone has something negative to say about him you have to question what the offender really had against them and what type of person they really are. I think Christopher is a good man that fights for good people that came upon hard times. I've listened to, let's say less than reputable characters and what they had to say. Proof is in the puddin'. Not one thing they said matches anything that I've seen with my own eyes. When people do bad things with bad intentions it eventually catches up with them. Some might call it Karma. And usually those people will blame everyone but who's really responsible.
