I highly recommend Grafe and Batchelor. I had timing issues regarding getting a few issues taken care of and they were super responsive, understanding and extremely efficient. Jill handled all of the communication with zero issue and lightning fast response. I would recommend this agency any day.

I do know they don't respond to a request for a consultation & that says a lot about a law firm.

My case needed to be dealt with quickly as possible, stemming from an event four years ago. I showed up to their office out of the blue on a Friday and asked if they take this kind of case. It was unusual case for them, haven’t come across it before and would contact me the following week with their decision. The following day Saturday, on his day off, after having looked it over, Travis Grafe contacted me by phone. We chatted for a bit and met at his office thirty minutes later. He explained while it was unusual case, he knew it could get it taken care of. Two weeks later my case was closed. They were very polite and it went smoothly. I can not thank Travis enough as this was very important to me. He is a Hero in my eyes.

The office staff are very friendly on the phone and make you feel comfortable about calling and asking questions about your case. I don’t plan on getting into any more trouble in the future, as I have changed my life around. But I highly recommend them for your legal needs. Great atty

Felt like I was TOTALLY taken advantage of by Travis at a time when I was vulnerable. I was charged cash payment only to be passed off to another attorney friend at another firm. Neither of them helped me.

Well my records horrible and I'm on the streets without these lawyers I'd be in prison you cant find a better law firm to use friendly helpful cant ask for more

After interviewing several lawyers for our situation, no one was as thorough during the initial interview as Shane Batchelor. Throughout the whole process of our particular case, he was up front and professional and never tried to sugar coat any of the possible outcomes. He put a tremendous amount of effort into our case and the outcome was better than we had hoped for. I don't think that you will find better representation for your situation. Also, Shane and Travis handle their cases themselves and do not turn them over to someone else after taking the case.
