When I realized my debt became unbearable and the stress was so overwhelming, I needed a way out. I contacted Jeppson Law Office, Joe reassured me that there was a way out. He went over my options and we made the decision to file Chapter 13. I was extremely nervous about the process but with Joe, Kim and not let me leave out Trish, hard work and diligence; I'm on my way to feeling the relief of getting control of my debt. I highly recommended Jeppson Law Office, they have been so tentative to every question and worry I had. I never had a call or email that never went unanswered. Kim was the greatest, no offense to any one else. She was so understanding when I would feel panicked, I really appreciate all the work that was put forth for my case. I really appreciate the help that Joe Jeppeson and his team gave me with my chapter 7 bankruptcy. I had crushing medical bills in the two or three years just before retirement age. Now I am able to start retirement with a clean slate. I especially appreciate the payment arrangement that Joe set up. He set up monthly payments well in advance of my filing date, so that I would not have to come up with a lump sum. All the expenses were included in the payments and it ended up being painless.
