Have you ever had the feeling of being stuck in one place, not getting ahead or going anywhere? That was me, before reaching out to Mr Jeppson for advice and the help needed to get me going in the right direction. I played with the thought of getting help with my financial situation, and then I'd think that I had put myself in the situation I was in, and I should work harder to get myself out of it. I tried, but I felt myself sinking more and more. Mr Jeppson guided me through every step, and I couldn't be happier with the way things turned out. His team, Andrew and Tricia, were also very helpful in answering any questions that I had. With that being said, Mr Jeppson and his staff made it possible for me to have my life back. I would recommend their expertise in a heartbeat. Mr Jeppson, Andrew and Tricia, thank you for everything!

Throughout the years Joe and staff have been consistent in their professionalism, advisement and personal commitment. I appreciate how Joe and his staff kept the bankruptcy process “moving forward.” Whether it was Chapter 13 or Chapter 7 their process was consistent in gathering my information, laying out cost, filing deadlines, scheduling of services and payments. Which believe it or not, gave me much needed clarity and confidence at a time when I needed it the most. Realistically, they helped me get back to basics (such as using a calendar) which in the heat of the battle the “ATD’s ( attention to details) can be easily overlooked. And for me this was a clarion signal that I was working with a very good team. Not sales pitching there services or “patting you on the back” for every thing ; yet courteous and straight forward I knew I made a wise and timely decision to seek them out. Moreover, I feel that Joe does embodies placing his ability to help others high in his mission statement and commitment. He does ask what is needed to support your case without judge mental comments or questioning. He does at least for me exhibits a high but quite confidence in seeking the best outcome. He does have a since of humor ( even in this age of Zoom) yet he takes care of staying on point. I truly appreciate he was very little if any a sells person for I don’t recall him ever talking about his “ success rate” or such. Yet he does layout and most importantly “communicates” a path for moving forward and does follow up on keeping the communication lines open. I do recommend talking with Joe and staff if you’re in need of help or consultation pertaining to filing bankruptcy or debt resolution. In closing, as in my opening “professional with a servants heart!” Much appreciated.

The patience of Joe and tricia my first meeting with Joe I was some what eratic with all the information he needed but he stayed patient with me and pushed through it with me.. They make it extremely simple to both submit and receive important documents, they're quick to help you track down any missing information, they are always available to answer any questions, and they do it all with a friendly smile! Bankruptcy can be a stressful and difficult process, but working with Joe made us confident that we were in very capable hands.

We worked with Joe to file chapter 7 bankruptcy. He was nothing but amazing and he still continues to help us with questions and concerns even after a year from filing bankruptcy. Great to meet an attorney that really seems to care about helping people and making their lives better!!! My mother is 77, and we are looking for a place for her to live as she moves in to the next stage of her life. She was concerned, because she felt that her debt was beginning to overwhelm her, and that her Social Security would not be enough to find a place to live. We spoke to Mr. Jeppson about a potential bankruptcy to help her, and he was able to advise her on next steps. He did NOT charge her for the consultation, he was very honest in telling her that he did NOT think she needed his services at this point, and let her know that he was here for her if and when she did need him. Then, he suggested some next step for her, and what he thought may help her in this next stage of her life. Thanks Joe!!! When I started this journey I was very apprehensive and nervous. But after our first video conference call with John that apprehension and nervousness quickly dissipated the process could not have been easier after I provided them all the information and paperwork necessary they literally took the ball and ran with it could not have been more pleased than happy with the outcome highly recommend them.
