Joe went above and beyond today with our bankruptcy case. Our own attorney did not show for court, didn't even have it on her calendar to show up in court when we called her to inquire where she was. She was with another client more important than us we guess. Joe came in to help with the situation. We were so upset and embarrassed that we were mean to him. Joe helped settle us down and worked through our irritation with our own attorney during the process. We were so rude he could have walked at any time. He did not. He helped us handle the situation with the trustee and tried to keep us calm. Even after, we were still upset. Joe was finally able to get through to us and calm us down and explain a lot of things our own attorney did not.
