Going through a divorce is never easy, and was certainly a very difficult time for me. Custody issues, protection of assets, confusing legalese, emotional ups and downs - tough, tough time. From the moment I first met with Dave Senkel, I felt I had an experienced, knowledgeable partner to help me navigate my way through it. There was never any doubt that he was working for me, and he gave me sound advice and followed through on everything we discussed. He's a realist with a sense of humor, which is exactly what I needed.

Mr. Senkel helped me with my divorce and was always honest and "kept it real", no sugar coating it! I appreciated that! He also handled my case when my ex took me back to court to attempt to get full custody of my children. Not only did he win the case, but he also had court ordered anger management classes mandatory for my ex AND I actually ended up with full custody of my children! A lot of years went by and I thought all was fine, then get served with papers again from my ex asking for a decrease in child support and that the support be paid "directly to the children". Needless to say, I enlisted Mr. Senkel's help again and came out a winner!

Attorney David P. Senkel is an unethical attorney who handles cases based on lies, not facts. Attorney Senkel promised me that he cared and that he would do whatever it takes to win. I just did not realize it would mean that he would go against the laws and end up destroying families just to win. Our relatives are afraid to get near my child at this point. I won the case. However, Attorney Senkel did not get my consent to justify his actions and now my family wants to have nothing to do with me. He is a two faced attorney who should be disbarred! Winning is not tempering with evidence or misleading the court.
