I wish I could give Josh and Sarah 10 stars. They deserve everyone of them. I’ve used the Garrett Law Firm for a little over 4 years now in multiple different filings. My case was by no means easy. I’ve had a nasty battle with my ex spouse not wanting to pay his half for our children going on for about 14 years now. I had 2 local attorney’s prior to hiring Josh, none of them fought for my children like Josh has. My children and I live out of state but jurisdiction stayed in Taney County. I never had to worry about poor communication with dates or anything going on with my case. Josh and Sarah always kept me up to date. He is fair and compassionate when it comes to the law. His paralegal Sarah is amazing. She always takes the time to answer and explain any questions I may have. When she doesn’t know the answer Josh always calls me within a timely manner. Josh Garrett is BY FAR “Taney County’s Best Attorney” in every aspect of Family Law. I hope I don’t have to use the Garrett Law Firm again. If I do, I feel confident in knowing that he will represent my children and I to get a fair verdict for all parties. Josh and Sarah thank you from the bottom of my heart for fighting for my children!

WOW - AMAZING experience with Josh Garret's Law Firm including his paralegal, Sarah. I had a relatively complicated matter involving an out of date parenting plan cross two states and internationally, and his team nailed it!!! They were very responsive, always getting back to me no later than 1 business day. They kept the court on their heels and the case moving forward. They listened to my needs, and they also respected the cost of the matter and tried to "bundle" questions into single correspondences, at my request. They navigated the case intelligently, and always remained professional. I can't say I've ever "liked" a lawyer (sorry, but true!), but I can honestly say I would not hesitate to use Josh's firm again, or recommend this firm HIGHLY to anyone that needs a good family Lawyer in the State of Missouri. Kudos Josh and Sarah!

Josh and his staff ( Sarah and Crystal ), were professional, communicative, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. American living in the UK and needed work done back in the states. Everyone was understanding to my situation, took time to answer questions and walk me through every step. Worked with me to accomplish everything I needed without a lot of extra steps. I will use them from know on if I need anything else.
