Lied to judge. Claimed eviction papers were served. We proved he knew and lied to the judge. Hundreds of families were evicted from Harvard court apartments having no clue they were ever getting taken to court.

Not helpful. Only deals with landlords & refuses to answer any legal questions on tenant side

I would absolutely recommend Jeffrey to anyone dealing with a probate matter. The entire process of getting a Small Estate Affidavit from the time we met to the day the documents were mailed to me took less than two weeks, and this was over a holiday week. Out of three consultations, his quote was barely more than the lowest- I’d say fair considering how much more responsive and clear he was in comparison. All that being said, I did have a valid will and just one asset left without a TOD. Had the situation been more complex, though, I would have trusted him to do a good job.

Recently Mr. Grubb assisted my sister-in-law in filing estate papers. He was quite attentive, professional and very efficient.
