Attempted to contact Karen Deluccie about a family law issue, and received a rude, sarcastic email in response. Yeah, not going with THIS firm.

Joe has been an amazing lawyer for my legal needs. I have been working my way thru a divorce and family issues. Sent the first time I talked with Joe I felt that he understood my needs even better than I did. The advice that he has given to me as been every timely and fact based. He also been up front with what he has told me what I need to be told and not what I wanted to hear. I have been to 7 lawyers when I was reviewing them to find the right one. Trust me when I say I have met some other lawyers who told me you have the greatest case ever and I that I could not have a lose. However, facts are facts and Joe gave me them and the legal system is the legal system. I have found that sometimes facts don’t count the way you think they should and that legal system does not always work the way you think it should. When I knew what to ask other lawyers as I looked to find the right one they agreed with his information. He has been my compass and gave me his best effort and it showed in all the work he undertook for me.

I was in a court room where I witnessed Joe O'Hara winning a case I was very impressed with his ability to present his argument during the trial. Hence he became my lawyer. He has helped me with many legal things one was an accident that I was in where the insurance company was not going to give me a fair amount for the accident. Joe did a fantastic job the case never had to go to court and yet I received far more than I expected after Joe's fair charge for his services. Every thing I have needed Joe for has been 100% successful. I have sent many people to Joe who all have had wonderful success due to Joe's expertise. I will continue recommending Joe and his services to all who need an excellent lawyer.

I contacted Mr. O'Hara for advice with a legal matter regarding a dispute with a neighbor. He took the time to listen to my overall concern, and then ask me specific questions to narrow down and isolate what the issue really was and if it warranted my hiring him to assist. At the end of the discussion he advised me what he believes the reality would be, he documented the conversation and addressed a letter to contact the person I had an issue with. In this case, he put an end to my issue and avoided excessive cost or going to court. His fee was minimal and I believe that many large law firm's would have charged me much more just to have a conversation let alone write the letter.

Mr. O'Hara was easily contacted, returning my call nearly immediately. He explained the process clearly and quickly, and all costs involved. He then took care of the issue and allowed me to go on my way!

Mr O'hara fixed a messy traffic problem as well as my son's MIP.He was professional, thoughtful and above all an amazing strategist and problem solver. I observed as we were leaving court the huge amount of respect Mr O'hara's colleagues have for him. He is clearly a person who is well liked and highly admired.
