Worked with Brad on the opposing side of a client he was representing on an estate matter. Found him fair and easy to work with ( on the opposing side). Made for a smooth resolution to the matter. Called to inquire about a real estate tax issue attorney Constance took my call all the details told me he would get back to me in the day or two never received a call back tried calling them multiple times after never receiving a return call or speaking to her attorney again ended up having to find another real estate attorney and Independence and spend my money elsewhere to get the help needed

There are a lot of other attorneys! Learn from our experience! You’re welcome! The only thing he is responsive with is sending the bill! We met with him in his office asking for a few small changes to my mother’s trust. 7 weeks later I learned that my mother had heard nothing from him. I immediately called his office only to learn he never even started. This was a job that could have possibly taken 15 minutes, but ended up taking 8 weeks. My mother also asked him to contact her financial advisor which took him 9 weeks with several reminders! Unbelievable! My brothers and I WILL be hiring another attorney!

Not at all responsive. Never returns call. Blames problems on office staff. Keep looking for an attorney. Not worth the trouble.

This guy just does not have his heart in his job. Keep looking at best he may show up for a trail. But loves to continue after continue because that is easy work/billing.

Many other firms available. KEEP LOOKING. Wish I had.
