Recently, I got a DUI. A lot of stuff comes your way and it seems almost unbearable. I talked to about fifteen different lawyers before finally coming across John. He is a constant professional. He's not going to lecture you on your decisions, he is there to help you through a very confusing and time consuming process, where if you don't know what you're doing, you can end up paying a much worse punishment than you deserve. John made the legal proceedings of my DUI so painless and easy, that it actually helped me get my life back on track faster. I would recommend him to anyone in a similar situation to the one I am now coming out of. In fact, I already have.

My husband was pulled over and given a DUI for prescription medication for making a moving violation due to a medical diagnosis called Prion Disease. John Burnett made every effort on our behalf to defend my husband and ultimately was able to get the entire case dismissed. We are so grateful for the prompt response, immediate assistance and guidance John provided us and cannot thank him enough for his relentless work in ensuring dismissal. My experience using Mr. Burnett warrants 5 stars. I was referred to John by a co-worker after receiving a speeding ticket in a small Missouri town. (15-20 MPH over the limit) To put it simply, John walked me through the process, explained how he would reduce my speeding ticket from a moving to a non-moving violation, and then followed up with me when everything was completed. He made the legal process as easy as possible and I would recommend him to my friends and family.
