I can tell you from experience that Dan Gabriele is amazing at what he does. I was facing a driving while suspended charge (DWS) which (if plead guilty) is an automatic 1 year suspension with 12 points on my license, 1000$ fine, and possible jail time if the prosecutor chose to do so. I hired Mr. Gabriele and he was able to get my charge COMPLETELY amended to defected equipment which meant I did not get convicted for DWS, I did not receive any points on my licence, and I did not have to pay the 1000$ fine. Also, he is extremely personable, nice, and down to earth. You could not find a better lawyer to hire. Thanks Dan!
