Nathan’s approach to municipal law not only underscores the fact that he is greatly experienced in addressing a wide array of legal matters, but it also reflects that he is a man of integrity. We are grateful for his counsel and support!

A lawyers time and advice are his stock and trade. Myself and the city council know Nathan by his first name. And in a positive way. Nathan has helped our community many times. What I really appreciate about Nathan is that because we have a long standing relationship, there have been times when he has contacted us to make sure we were aware of specific issues we needed to know about. Even with the incredible staff that I have we cannot keep abreast of everything happening at the state and federal level. Another thing about Nathan that I appreciate is that if he is working on the same topic for several different communities - he does not bill his full hourly rate to each community, but rather each community pays a significantly reduced percentage of the total. Each community gets the full benefit of his work but only pays a much smaller percentage of the bill. Based on this past practice, when he sends us a bill, we pay knowing that the work was completed on our behalf. We have used him prepare and draft ordinances with time spent informing myself and the council all aspects of the topic. My council likes him because no matter how dark a topic might be, Nathan is able to present it in an almost fun manner. He has great presentation skills.

Nathan is a fantastic lawyer and very knowledgable about the ins and outs of municipal law. He takes the time to help you understand what you need to know and is also very personable and caring. On occasion when he's busy it may be difficult getting a quick answer, but everyone has those sort of moments, that is the only reason for four stars instead of five, if I could rate four and a half I would because overall my experience with him has been excellent.

Nathan has been an excellent attorney for us. He is always there to answer any questions we have, and point us in the right direction. A very knowledgeable man that knows what he is doing. Thank you so much for all you do, Nathan!
