Doug’s paralegal is solid and helpful. Doug is unbelievably hard to get ahold of. Hit or miss on a response to emails. He waited until the day before settlement to tell me I had a tangible defense if I wanted to go to trial. I honestly believe he never reviewed the case/details before that moment. When the PA gave an offer I was told it was because of the opposing counsels attorney… The office makes it hard to get a response if your paralegal is out of office or away. After the case, I had another issue that Doug had said he would assist with. No response from him or Danielle. I think it’s a blessing to put my money where someone is willing to actually put in the work. One star for Danielle- the other for reducing the payment owed at the end if you can pay a lump sum.

Had my time sensitive case for 3yrs. Death of my so Did very little work and stated they couldn't get Expert Witness because of their company issues(per Blake and Mike Campbell) failed to get vital information and documentation, and then dropped my case via email Very unprofessional and unethical
