Bob took my son’s case on very short notice. Staff is very friendly and respond very quickly. Very informative.

Don’t hire this office if you expect to receive what you pay for. They take “pride” themselves in keeping clients updated and communication up to date. However, I’ve showed up to court, say there for 45 minutes to an hour and when I was worried about my case I asked the clerk and was informed, “your attorney has already been in front of the judge and the hearing was reset”. I had no notice, my lawyer never talked to me in the hall, never called my name, the bailiff never called my case. I was literally sitting there for, who knows how long. I paid almost $2k for this. So imagine if I might have been dumb enough to pay the entire fee just to get misrepresented in court! The only time I’ve ever been contacted by this law firm was to discuss payment. That’s it. No stately, no relaying information related to the GAL report, no update on the case. I only EVER received a call or email related to the status of my balance. This law firm is only here to make money, they could care less about your family.
