I went to Tracy because she has served my family well years ago. In my meeting with her she was attentive to my situation and needs. We worked out a plan and set an agreement. I asked her if she could work with me on a payment plan. She assured me that would be no problem. She asked what I could do to get started , I told her and she agreed. She told me to set it up with her front office personnel. I couldn’t get it together at first, it took a bit to get it. When I was able to, I called to get everything started. However, the front office personnel was extremely abrasive and would not even consider talking with Tracy about our agreement and wouldn’t take the discussion further until I had given her 7x what Tracy and I had agreed upon to get started.

He did me dirty on some stuff he did for me. Not happy....

Chuck always has our best interests in mind. He is quick and thorough with his work and he can normally get you in quickly.

Mr. Lonardo created a will for my wife and I. He got everything together quickly and answered any questions we had. I'd have no hesitations in using him for legal services in the future!

So far so good! We will see what the result is.
