I hired Mr. Ryan to represent me for my divorce. Even though that is not an area of expertise for Mr. Ryan, he did a fantastic job explaining the process and keeping me informed every step of the way. I appreciated his guidance through a very difficult process.

Mr. Ryan was referred to me by a fellow classmate after a motorcycle accident I was injured in last summer. I had never sought an attorney before and my experience with Jorden was very good. Upon my consultation we clicked instantly. He was very personable and could quickly relate to my situations. He was very eager to help and immediately had a game plan. We were like a team. Even though I was in control of the actions we took he knew exactly how to execute for the results I was seeking. And fast! Even though he was handling negotiations with hard headed insurance companies he was still successful in getting my case closed in just a few weeks!

I called Mr. Ryan's firm seeking council, left a brief message about my situation. Since Mr. Ryan does not handle my specific case need he actually contacted a different lawyer who called me the following morning, gave me a free consult the next day and we actually retained him after speaking with several other lawyers. Found Jorden under "Pro Bono" online. Pro Bono is free. I was told I needed to pay $500. in which I did. Jorden took the case on per his comment as "favor" Not! I was his 1st divorce case. Jorden was not prepared for this case, or for court questions or even filings that needed to be filed, or what to do after court. I recently found out from a DIVORCE laywer that in fact I could have appealed the decision. Within 30 days of the judges decision. Jorden fumbled the entire time at court. Jorden brought a family member to sit in the courtroom to watch & listen to help with this case. Several times Jorden consulted & asked him questions. As the family member he brought is a lawyer. Jorden asked the judge while I was on the stand in the middle of questions to consult with this family member outside the courtroom. Jorden would not let me talk or give facts on my case. That would have helped the out come for sure. I had to ask for a copy of the decree. I have also asked for the papers that was sent to the judge I have never received those papers either. Now I have $4800 to pay my ex husband. If I would have been allowed to talk I had already paid $2000. I would not recommend Jorden Ryan for anything. :(

Jorden Ryan represented me in my divorce in Jackson County, Missouri and I couldn't have been more pleased. Jorden did a great job reviewing a company policy in a situation where I was being mistreated. He very promptly reviewed a lengthy policy and procedures manual published by my company and notified me of my rights and advised the smartest way to act in this very specific situation. The overall situation resulted in my companies HR manager calling me with a personal apology and admitted that they were wrong to act in such a way when I was not at fault.
