The person who answered the call interrupted multiple times and was very condescending. I don't recommend them. The entire time I was on the phone, the person kept telling me to "be an adult" and handle it myself. SMH Edit: You responded to my review without giving me an option to contact someone, and only stated that you don't have a record of my call. I'd love to share my call record to show my proof. If you don't have "record" or don't want to accept responsibility for your employees' actions, then that's on you. How did you look for my call record? I don't remember the woman's name. I can describe her voice if it helps, but I'm sure you'd probably get that mixed up, too. Who was working the day of the call? What day did you search? What's your phone number? Let's start there and I can help you do your job.

The person who answers the phone is rude and very off putting!

I looked up this lawyer for my parents , he took their case and assured them he would handle everything. When the other side offered a settlement he declined and disappeared. Leaving my parents with nothing. He also doesn’t have malpractice insurance. Worst lawyer experience ever.
