Dan communicated with my and husband and I throughout my husbands case, he explained in detail legal terms/ processes that we did not understand. I can remember him calling me on a Sunday to verify information and going over facts. Dan was always prepared and did not back down from the prosecutor’s office. He was able to get a cash only bond to a surety bond that allowed my husband to be on house arrest and work to provide for our family while awaiting trial.
