I was very impressed with Brandon and his staff. I received a citation for "failure to avoid collision, at fault" and he was able to amend it to a nonmoving violation. He emailed me the documentations he needed and I complied, and the next thing you know it was a success. Prices were competitive but you honestly get what you paid for and I highly recommend BK's law firm if you're ever in need of any assistance with traffic violations.

Got a ticket on Saturday in kcmo for speeding. Emailed BK Monday morning. He responded immediately. Explained everything and explained fee. I paid online and he had ticked amended and paid for on Tuesday. Haven’t been this impressed with any vendor / business like him in a very long time. Don’t hesitate. Brandon and his assistant Jen were invaluable in having a ticket switched from heedless driving to a non-moving violation. Without going into too much detail, I was the victim of a road rage incident, but was given a ticket, nonetheless. I was 85 years old and never had an occasion to file a lawsuit. Then after having suffered irreversible lung damage as a result of being prescribed a dangerous drug without appropriate monitoring I felt I had a basis for a lawsuit. Mr. Dempsey and his staff carefully explained the requirements for filing and provided a "road map" schedule for completion. Each step in the process was thoroughly explained in language that I could understand. Mr. Dempsey displayed superior knowledge of the law regarding the case and promptly provided answers to my many questions. I felt secure during the entire process. Lee and the staff were great to work with. They kept me informed along the way. I would drop by and see them unexpectedly sometimes and they always took the time to update me on the case.
