From a personal care perspective, you are not going to find a better law office to represent you than Dempsey and Kingsland, P.C. If it is regarding a Personal Injury matter or Medical Malpractice case, Bob and Leland are the experts in the field! Being an entrepreneur in the service industry myself I expect nothing but the highest service. It is something I pay very close attention to at my company. Over the past 20 plus years I have called on Dempsey and Kingsland to use their legal services for myself as well as referring family and friends to their practice. I’ve called on them and referred them because I know firsthand how attentive and meticulous they are about handling their cases. I not only recommend Bob Kingsland and Leland Dempsey and their staff “highly” for the excellent services they provide, but the knowledge and sound advice they always give from start to finish.

I would highly recommend Dempsey and Kingsland. Bob Kingsland helped me with a complicated insurance issue for my mother-in-law, that also involved Medicare. He was very caring and compassionate when we met with him. He explained things in a way that was easily understood. Because of the Medicare aspect, it took a little time to resolve. Bob kept us advised of the progress. I was very relieved that I could turn this matter over to him and not worry about it. He obtained a very good settlement for my mother-in-law so we were very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend him and his firm!

Not entirely sure how my original review was erased/removed (Uncool, Google!), but I think it needs to be said that you are heavily pre-screened by this firm and will be denied a consultation if you've spoken to other attorneys. Additionally, somehow this firm got ahold of my mailing address and is now soliciting unwanted mail to me. This is a real, true and valid experience that I had so removing my review won't make it anything less!
