Christine Rosengreen is the most unethical attorney. She lied on me which I understand is her job but she also lied on my attorney. I reported her to the state ethics board. Then she goes and lies on me sone more today. So I will report her to the state board again. Seeing her face turn bright red in court was everything when her client admitted to lying on the stand. I'm sure her law firm will pay Google to delete this review. I'll keep posting if it is deleted. She has no business being a licensed attorney. Don't EVER try to lie on my attorney again. How does she sleep at night constantly defending abusive men??? And its not alleged abuse. It's abuse with evidence, video, and witnesses.

I had the privilege of working with Joseph, Holander & Craft as my legal counsel for a recent court case, and I couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional service and representation I received. From the moment I first consulted with Christine, I felt confident that I had made the right choice for my legal needs.

Christine Rosengreen was amazing to work with! She was very knowledgeable, thorough and responded quickly when I had questions. She made what can be a very difficult process, as easy as she could for me. I have referred her multiple friends and neighbors and will continue to do so, as I trust that she will take care of them completely, and to the absolute best of her abilities!

Christina Rosengreene is unethical and liar. She lies and is dishonest to her clients but will be very quiet and passive infront of judge. She makes a ton of mistakes and wont take accoutabilty , she doesnt care about your children only your trust fund. For example, She stated she would register my case in missouri free of charge which was in my best interest and since missouri has 50/50 law (only $170 bucks to do so) . Rosengreen lied and made excuses to keep my case in kansas and drag it on forever, she later on stated via email that she wanted more money before registering it in missouri and was basically her excuse for not doing the job correctly . You will spend tons of money and time with no results with this Attorney, , i have a much better attorney now, for what Rosengreene charges there are top tier aggressive options available. She is a crook. Many other attorneys were giving me conflicting advice while i had Rosengreen. I remember once she zoomed during a crucial matter from a dentist office during a appoinment with her children. She is horrible

Lindsey was really fast and efficient. She got things done super quick and made sure I understood exactly what was going on the whole time. She made a great effort to work with my schedule. She was very personable and made me feel really comfortable with a stressful situation. Really down to earth and straight forward. I would highly recommend her. Although I hope I never have to pursue this avenue again, I would gladly have her represent me again!!!

The most proficient attorney in Kansas City! From the get go, Lindsey was incredibly informative, more so than anyone else with whom I had spoken. She can't get enough of my praise for turning what seemed like a painstaking process into a cinch. Everything was clearly explained, and speaking with her was like getting coffee with a friend! I felt no pressure, and extremely encouraged to keep building and planning my life moving forward. Thank you to Lindsey and this office for being top tier!

Wish to highly recommend Nicholas Ruble and Megan Stumph-Turner for their excellent work during my recent contract lawsuit and employment mediation. Through a year of fact-finding, conflict negotiation, and client representation, they managed several particularly challenging issues with an impressive measure of professionalism and effectiveness. Their legal skill was equally matched by a unique blend of encouragement, good humor, and personal support. This combination of technical skill and individual attention allowed me to focus on getting my life back in order - while they managed the intricacies of my case. I was very satisfied with the result, and I highly recommend their legal services for your contract, HR, or financial issues. Nick and Megan - thank you!

Their profound impact has positively transformed my life. From our initial conversation, their support and understanding were exceptional, significantly easing my burdens. They skillfully managed every detail of my case, providing a reassuring sense of security throughout. Megan and Nick bring a rare blend of diligence, intelligence, and tenacity to their work—qualities you might expect from characters in a movie. What stood out the most was their absolute integrity. They were fully transparent, regularly updating me on both the progress of my case and the financial aspects involved. Understand the fee structure, including hourly rates, flat fees, retainer fees, and any additional expenses.
  3. Who will be handling my case?

  4. What is your approach to resolving cases like mine?
Learn about their strategy, whether they prefer negotiation, mediation, or litigation.
  5. What potential outcomes can I expect?
While no lawyer can guarantee results, they can provide an assessment of possible scenarios based on their experience.

Can a Lawyer Represent Me in Courts Outside of Kansas City, Missouri?

Whether a lawyer can represent you in courts outside of your city or state depends on their licensure and the jurisdiction of the court:

  • Within the Same State:
Lawyers licensed in a particular state can typically practice anywhere within that state, including all cities and counties. They can represent you in both state and federal courts located in that state.
  • Outside of Their Licensed State:
If your case is in a different state, the lawyer must be licensed in that state to represent you. However, there are exceptions:
    • Pro Hac Vice Admission: An out-of-state lawyer can request special permission to represent a client in a specific case in another state. This requires filing a motion with the court and often working in conjunction with a local attorney.
    • Federal Courts: If your case is in federal court, a lawyer licensed in any state may be able to represent you, provided they are admitted to practice in that particular federal court.
  • International Representation:
For cases outside the United States, different rules apply, and the lawyer may need to comply with the foreign country's legal requirements or collaborate with local counsel.

It's important to discuss your specific situation with the lawyer to determine if they can represent you in the desired jurisdiction and what steps may be necessary to do so.

How to Check the Credibility of a Lawyer

Before hiring a lawyer, it's crucial to verify their credibility and ensure they're qualified to handle your case:

  • Verify Their License:
Check with your state's bar association to confirm the lawyer is licensed and in good standing. Most state bar websites have an online directory for this purpose.
  • Experience and Specialization:
Ensure the lawyer specializes in the area of law relevant to your case. Review their website, professional profiles, and case history.
  • Disciplinary Record:
Look up any history of disciplinary actions or complaints through the state bar association's records.
  • Client Reviews and Testimonials:
Read reviews on legal directories like Avvo, Martindale-Hubbell, Google, or Yelp to gauge client satisfaction and experiences.
  • Professional Memberships:
Membership in professional organizations or specialty bar associations can indicate a commitment to their field and adherence to high ethical standards.
  • Awards and Recognitions:
Honors from reputable organizations reflect expertise and a positive reputation in the legal community.
  • Consultation Assessment:
Use the initial consultation to evaluate their communication skills, responsiveness, and willingness to address your concerns.
  • Ask for References:
A credible lawyer should be willing to provide references from past clients who can speak to their abilities and professionalism.

What Should I Prepare for My First Consultation?

To make the most of your initial meeting with a lawyer, come prepared with:

  • Relevant Documents:
Bring all documents related to your case, such as:
    • Contracts or agreements
    • Correspondence (emails, letters, texts)
    • Legal notices or court papers
    • Financial records (if applicable)
    • Evidence (photos, videos, receipts)
  • Written Summary:
Prepare a concise written summary of your situation, including key dates, events, and parties involved. This helps the lawyer quickly understand the context.
  • List of Questions:
Write down any questions you have about your case, the legal process, fees, or the lawyer's experience.
  • Financial Information:
If your case involves financial matters, bring relevant documents like pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, or invoices.
  • Contact Information:
Provide details of any witnesses or other parties relevant to your case, including their names and contact information.
  • Personal Identification:
Bring a valid photo ID for verification purposes.
  • Pen and Notebook:
Take notes during the consultation to remember important points discussed.
  • Budget Constraints:
Be ready to discuss your budget and any financial limitations so the lawyer can provide appropriate guidance on fees and payment options.
  • Openness and Honesty:
Be prepared to discuss your case candidly. Full disclosure allows the lawyer to give accurate advice and anticipate potential challenges.
