Organization, professionalism, and morals. All 1 star. If he had a honest bone he would not remove the real reviews to give a FALSE impression on his rating.

Called the law firm couldn't hear because there phone line was horrible then proceeded to tell the rep I can't hear u then the call got clear from whatever she did with phone on her end and asked a few questions and stated my case when I finally got a hold of someone she went over looking me up then telling me price of the case which was fine i told them i would be able to go through with it on a certain day and she agreed that i can call back anytime so when I had finish with my hearing ( court ) i tried to call back again the rep says hello then hangs up then called again no answer the fact that it's so hard to speak someone is ridiculous and And if you are a law firm to help people with their circumstances why is the communication so hard and the conversation feels rushed and i really would like to feel that if i forget to ask a question or something came up from speaking to you verses having to wait a whole other week or two weeks to get a hold of someone then i feel that it's not worth calling or using the service, very disappointed.

I've been with this firm for 2-years, and no one has contacted me regarding the status of my case. The last time I spoke to anyone was in January 2020. The staff is unprofessional and unorganized.

Matt and I go way back to our elementary school days and I can tell you if you need someone that is extremely intelligent and someone that will be there for you then this is the attorney for you.

After speaking to numerous lawyers I was pleased to hear a common sense approach to explain the issues in plain terms so that I could weigh my options. So many lawyers talk down to you and don’t really explain things and just expect you to do what they ask you to or go along with what you’re suggesting that Matt takes the time so you can make an intelligent decision that’s why I would recommend them. And, unlike most lawyers he actually cares.
