KCAIA was great to work. My attorney, Phil Grubaugh and the paralegal, Mieke Bruce, were on top of my case from the beginning. Phil provided the necessary legal counsel in a way that I could understand, and Mieke did a ton of leg work staying on top of the case from start to finish.
