It's when we've had a bad experience that we can then truly distinguish between a good one. I've searched high and low for a law firm that would help us with our situation. One firm charged me a $89.00 consultation fee, the attorney called at the wrong time, lead into our conversation with details from someone else's case, was abrupt, short, and then said I'll get back to you. Our conversation lasted less than 15 mins. Then no response and no follow up. I finally reached out to him to which he responded that he couldn't help me but did give me a referral. Harrah Law, LLC on the other hand was promptly responsive, scheduled an over the phone consultation with whom we spoke directly to an attorney within their firm. He as courteous, helpful, and informative. We came away with a full understanding of what we could expect going forward and enough confidence to make an informed decision. In addition, Harrah Law's staff were excellent in their communication through email and phone calls, I was never left wondering what information was needed or where I could turn for my questions or concerns. I highly recommend Harrah Law, LLC, they treat you with respect from the beginning and guide you through what is often a stressful and difficult process.

I needed to get my LLC setup for my business and unfortunately had my time wasted. I waited two weeks to get a consultation. I was emailed by the Administrative assistant, Lisa, with my scheduled time and day. I was called a few days later by Lisa who had a very unpleasant tone when speaking to me. I was not informed that that the consultation would be via conference call rather than an in person meeting until I arrived at the office and was asked to leave. Once I left I received a call 5 minutes after my meeting was scheduled to start by the admin, Lisa, stating that my consultation had been canceled because the lawyer was still in court. I wouldn’t recommend Harrah Law if you want and expect your time to be valued.
