I made the call to Brown & Crouppen about a defective product and was told that my complaint doesn't meet the criteria for them to represent me. That's unfortunate for me because of the situation involving the product but I'm thankful that no one was seriously injured. Now to address why I'm writing this review. A lot of people are saying that they're just interested in making money for the law firm and they're really not there FOR the people as they claim in their commercial. But as a business woman myself, I know that companies HAVE to make money to survive. These people went into the law profession and they know the law. If they couldn't help you or me it's because your case or mine doesn't fit into the ream of their duties. Try to have a positive life and be safe out there.
