Was treated kindly and the assistant Trisha was awesome!!

Brown and Crouppen have been wonderful especially our senior paralegal Diane. She has sent presents for the birth of our grandchildren and sent presents to our 8 grandchildren just because... she doesn't leave our Family out, she understands that the family was very affected when my husband had his accident. She has always been easy to get a hold of, always friendly, always courteous, and always professional. She consistently answered our questions and if she did not know she found out asap. Our attorney Mark was attentive, professional, and friendly as well. If we ever have to endure such a life changing event again (cross your fingers no one ever has to) I honestly would be knocking on Diana's and Mark's door before the day was through!
