Kyla was awesome! She was as responsive, quick and helpful as possible! With all the competition in the current market, it is so stressful waiting on responses and offers to be drafted. She completely stuck to her word and was great from beginning to end. This is somewhere you want to do business with!

As a first time real estate investor, I wanted to make sure I was making an informed decision. From the get go, I knew I needed a team of honest, helpful people to be available to address my many questions. Andrea was not only super knowledgeable about real estate, she was able to give me her honest opinion from an investor standpoint. She went above and beyond to help me make informed decisions. The amount of hours her team and network of contractors put into this deal was astonishing. Today I can say I have no worries moving forward and am excited to move in! Recommend highly!!! Choosing to work with Andrea was one of the best decisions I ever made as an out of state investor. Andrea is responsive and decisive and has expert knowledge of the Kansas City area, as well as a team and network to back her up. Andrea helped me purchase two properties effortlessly. She clearly has experience negotiating purchase contracts and was able to get creative to get us over the finish line.
