We met up with Malcolm last weekend at the Cycle show in STL. We were glad to see a company out here representing Motorcyclists. We hope we never need legal representation but if we do, Schmitt law firm is the place we will call.

I was recommended Schmitt Law firm after an automotive accident. He was never too busy take a call or to answer any questions, doing so with an eagerness to teach and support through the process. Ben Schmitt is the lawyer's lawyer. I got into a car accident in Kansas City, KS, several years ago when a semi-truck that was merging onto I-35 N side-swiped my little red Honda Civic, causing an oncoming vehicle to t-bone me, sending me and the other driver to the hospital in an ambulance (not that the truck driver would know because he had long driven off into the blinding morning sunlight). I paid my auto insurance premiums to Progressive Casualty on time, every time, for almost ten years. I made an uninsured motorist claim on my policy, expecting it to be paid without hassle and sent a letter asking Progressive to preserve my car for inspection. To my surprise, Progressive called me at the hospital to tell me that they had sold my car in an auction after receiving my written request and had deemed me at fault after considering the "evidence." Progressive denied my claim. I was devastated. Another attorney referred me to Ben Schmitt. Ben sent Progressive one email with a demand. The claims adjuster responded a couple of hours later, eager to pay the policy limit to resolve the claim. Ben also had the other injured driver's liability claims against me dismissed without fault. Ben obtained phenomenal results for me on multiple levels, including helping me get the financial redress I was legally entitled to and desperately needed. He had an excellent bedside manner, communicated with me promptly, and took the time to explain what I did not understand. If your insurance company is acting in bad faith, call Ben Schmitt; you will be so happy you did.
