Ben and his team was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend them. I was in a motorcycle accident and Ben went above and beyond in my opinion. He came to my home and explained everything in detail. Answered every question I had. Always kept me updated on my case. And in the end he got me more for my case than I had expected. Mr. Mudd used his extensive knowledge of MO statutes and court precedent combined with his familiarity with local court practices to successfully defend the libel suit against me. He convinced the claimant to sign an agreement he drafted to dismiss the suit against me, thus bringing timely closure and avoiding a long and expensive court proceeding and a potentially costly settlement.
