Timothy Mudd is the only attorney I have worked with who I was not initially referred to by a trusted friend or colleague. I needed immediate assistance and came across his contact info after a few hours researching. Immediately, I knew I had found the right man for the job. Timothy kept me in the loop during an extremely stressful period, and helped me navigate a complex issue successfully. I readily recommend Timothy Mudd and his firm to anyone in need of an aggressive advocate who also has an understanding of the human aspect to all sides of our legal system, and has the knowledge and experience to effectively use that understanding.

Worst experience dealing with a lawyer in my life. I paid free money to someone who did not keep in contact or return any of my phone calls. The lawyer settled on my behalf for an amount I I not discuss. I walked away with less money than I ever imagined after waiting a year to get paid out. I was ignored half the process and was forced to leave voicemails and text messages which were unattended to. I felt like I was chasing the person that was supposed to been working my case. When it was time to collect the settlement check, it was held for weeks at the same amount I clearly did not settle for. I wouldn't recommend Tyler for any accident related cases. I think he needs more time in practice because the service was gruesome. I could have represented myself and walked away with was agreed to versus splitting funds for nothing. Never again !!!!

Tylor was incredibly helpful with my car wreck. I had never been in one before and ended up getting hurt in it and he took care of everything for me while I focused on getting better. If it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t have been able to focus on that. Thank you Tylor, for everything!!
