Very please with Tyler’s results

After a woman ran a red light and t-boned me, I reached out to several lawyers in the KC Metro for assistance. Nick was the only one who felt confident that he could help me by taking on my case, and he definitely followed through. It was a pleasure working with Nick and his staff. He kept me updated regularly throughout the process and saved me the massive headache of dealing with the woman's insurance. Despite her insurance claiming full responsibility, they offered an insulting settlement. Nick worked hard to see to it that I received a settlement that would help me with long term care for the physical injuries I still have today -- 3.5 years after the accident. I would highly recommend Nick and will definitely refer to him again should I need legal assistance in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Schmitt Law Firm! They helped my daughter and I through an auto accident case in which the other insurance company did not want to give us a fair settlement.
