Jon, Tina and Doug gave my case their utmost attention and treated me like family. They were exceptionally professional and friendly. They dedicated time to not only resolving my issue expeditiously to my satisfaction, but also explaining every process, detail, step, and expectations so I understood what they were doing. I highly recommend Brad. After exploring consumer resources with no effective help available for debt settlement assistance. I sought Brad when I was served with a lawsuit by my creditor. I was mortified that I was in this position, but Brad was completely understanding and nonjudgmental throughout the process. He explained how the situation might unfold, listened to my concerns and addressed them all. Brad was responsive, thorough, and efficient with his communications without making me feel disregarded - this was a tremendously pleasant surprise. His professionalism and follow through to reach a satisfactory conclusion to this matter was impressive. Still, his compassion during a rattling ordeal, was invaluable.

When we were in need of finding legal counsel to help us collect on a jury settlement, we contacted Brad McCormick of the Sader Law Firm. The firm is recognized as being one of the best collection/settlement firms in the Kansas City area and we were fortunate to make contact with Brad. We found Brad to be highly professional and knowledgeable in area of collections and bankruptcy. He graciously accepted our request for a meeting. Brad was more than patient listening to our ordeal and past experience trying to collect on a jury award where the defendant refused to pay the settlement. Brad’s experience provided comfort to us as we listened to our options. Brad detailed the potential costs and time involved with different approaches. Due to the nature of the settlement and defendant’s unwillingness to cooperate we were forced to put the defendant into bankruptcy and Brad knew exactly what to do and how to proceed. We were granted the bankruptcy request and the matter was turned over to the U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee. Brad, at this point, became our spokesperson with the Trustee and provided us with timely updates and explanations on what became a complicated web of ignorance and defiance on the part of the defendant. We were glad to be working with Brad as he provided excellent service and guidance when it was most needed-not to mention being able to explain the highly technical laws and procedures. Should the need arise again, and we hope it doesn’t, we would not hesitate to contact Brad and the Sader Law Firm for legal counsel.
