Lance Bond is a man of action and results! I called Lance in the morning to explain my problem of a moving company who provided me three estimates, each higher than the previous, with final one after they had loaded their truck with my belongings. I had sold my house and was leaving the state that day so felt I had no option but to agree. Lance took a personal interest in my situation. In the morning he dropped what he was doing and listened intently to my concerns; mid-day he contacted the business pointing out their questionable tactics; that afternoon I received a phone call from a very apologetic member of management that said they would waive the additional costs of the final estimate (which was my request). Lance states he has been standing up to bullies since grade school and I can tell you he does! I highly recommend Lance and would definitely use him again.
