Mr. Simons made this headache of a legal traffic problem very smooth and easy. I never had to wait more than 15 minutes to receive a call back from him concerning my case. Everything was done electronically or over the phone, and Mr. Simons is very straightforward and personable. He always took time to answer all my questions patiently and kindly. He would not accept a dime until I handled what he advised me that I needed to do on my end first, and also prove that I had it taken care of. I feel his rates are very reasonable. I did not deal with anyone else at this firm, but bottom line....if you have a traffic issue or just need a legal traffic question answered, call Speeding Ticket KC or Richard Simons.
