I had a contract dispute with another party which I was unfortunately unable to resolve directly. Lance listened to my concerns and goals, and understood I was looking to resolve the situation as simply as possible. He was prompt and clear in his communication, and there were no surprises in the costs. Based on my experience I would readily recommend him to others looking to resolve legal issues in his areas of expertise.

Lance bond is hands down one of the best tenant lawyers around.
