I had a great experience! Megan was extremely knowledgeable and was always available to answer all my questions. She was extremely professional and I could tell she truly cared about the outcome of my case. I really appreciate all she did for me. Highly recommended.

Quick and very easy to deal with. Accessible even during the Holidays and most of it was handled using online interaction (which I prefer). The email (after initial contact) was detailed enough to contain all the action items and procedures. Once, paid online, the ticket was amended within 24 hours.

I called them on the day I was supposed to go to court!!!! They got my ticket reduced to non moving violation and his price was more than reasonable!! Chris in particular had amazing customer service! I will refer them to everyone and use them anytime I accidentally go over the speed limit!!!

Worst crooks ever they’ll lie pretending the can take on your case they won’t look into the details of it or do any kind of investigations or any outcomes they won’t work for months on your case an or even worse assign you to a different lawyer who you never met or knew about like they did with me I met with this scam ( artist ) mr.woods he acted an pretended he knew what to do he never advised me he wasn’t the one working on the case rather someone else totally messed up an he had no right to do that without me not knowing they never put any work on my case they had the case for over 8 months no work just waste of time money and calling around

I paid them a week prior to my court date. And called the next day to let them know which court house I would need their services. I called the morning of my court date to see where they were 20 minutes before the courthouse was in session. And he had no idea I had court he was late and did not stand with me. I was told they would be in touch with the Prosecutors office to get things handled before hand. But nothing was done.

If you are looking for a lawyer that will stand up for you .I highly recommend kc defense counsel give them a call you'll be glad you did
