Carter Law Offices has excellent attorneys and staff. Highly ethical, intelligent and creative. Lawyers and staff alike are all about supporting the client - they are exceptionally client-centered in my experience. Erin Vernon, Esq. of Carter Law Offices is an attorney to watch! Tina, the receptionist, is rude. After two questions she said they weren't interested. I asked her a few follow up questions and she did give me some answers. When I told a different attorney, who did take my case (and got me a great settlement), what she said, he told me she technically gave me legal advice and since she's not an attorney that it was unethical and highly inappropriate. Do not use this firm!! She made me feel like I didn't have a claim when I did. Who is running this place!?

Jon, Tina and Doug gave my case their utmost attention and treated me like family. They were exceptionally professional and friendly.
