While it took over a year for the settlement, I was informed from the beginning that this was pretty standard when dealing with insurance companies. Didn't have to do much work on my end. Calls and emails were answered or returned within 24 hours. No surprise fees and the settlement was pretty accurate to what was predicted. Would recommend to anyone.
