Mr.Stump is by far the best attorney I have used. He knows his stuff in several areas of law. punctual at court dates. He really does work for the best outcome of any situation you might be in FOR you. I would give more stars if I could. I would highly advise giving him a call for any questions you might have. Thank you so much Mr Stump for everything you did for me. 10/10 definitely came highly recommend.

Allison missed a brief deadline which got my case dismissed by the court of appeals. She doesn't realize the damage she has done to me and my family. Please be aware she has done this in several other cases. She takes on too many cases and cannot remain focused on just 1 case. She's constantly in a hurry, she forgets, she has blamed me for her mental state, she does make excuses for everything she does/has done. I cannot tell you how painfully excruciating this process has been. She wants others to feel sympathetic for her. Especially me because she knows I'm vulnerable. She also told me that I'd leave her a bad review?? Yes I will. Why wouldn't I? She has committed malpractice and was negligent. Please do not hire her. Beware! She claims she can do all these things and never follows through. So much chaos/drama. I've never had such a bad experience with an attorney especially one who blames me for her emotions. And yes a bar complaint may have to get filed. I got blindsided. 😭😪 UPDATE: AS OF JUNE 21 2023 Ms Kort is on an interim suspension! There were 5 cases she has failed to file timely briefs on and one of those was mine. Her Disciplinary hearing is 12/13/2023 and I will be there! I wish I could sue her for pain and suffering! 🤬😡🤬 update: December 2023: she got away with probation. But I am not done ruining her reputation just quite yet. If I have my way, I'll make sure people stay away from hiring her. Every lawyer I've talked to since this has happened is aware of what she's done. They're watching this case like a hawk. And so far that's been almost every attorney in Clay County mo that I've spread the word to. It'll be plastered in the entire state when I'm done with this. You ruined what could have been a good outcome for me and my son!!!!

Can not articulate how wonderful my experience was with Mr. Banks and Megan the paralegal. They made my divorce a little easier and I appreciate the extra time they spent explaining every step and keeping me posted on status and funds. Do yourself a favor and call this firm. Good ones are hard to find but this team is above and beyond a stand-up firm. Thanks so much to them!

Cindy has not worked or me in over 10 years. In the year of 2007 I told her up front I need a wolverine to defend me from my blood thirsty Ex that hired a famous phone book seen-on TV attorney. My God folks, Cindy mopped the floor with this high priced big mouth. It was truly something to see. She was a young lawyer then, I can not imagine how good she is now all of these years later. I received this questionnaire out of the blue from Google. It could be because I now own Kansas City Auto Electric with outstanding ratings like Cindy's. I wanted to take the time a write this as Cindy is respected by judges I have spoken to over the years. "your attorney is Cindy" "Oh, Okay, Cindy is a great girl". She is truly a remarkable person and you should take pride and comfort with her representing you.
