I had a different lawyer handling my case at first, but then hired Allison to complete it and she found more arguments than the first lawyer. I liked her transparency and communication and trusted her in how she spent her time billed to me.

Never got back about my case whenever I call he calls my case a small case

When my divorce settlement case was appealed, my trial attorney recommended Appellate Attorney Allison Kort. Allison asked many questions as she reviewed my case, listened to my concerns and then she gave her honest opinion that she was confident we could win. She patiently and thoroughly assured me that the law and previous court decisions were on our side. She poured over pages and pages of court transcripts to fully understand our case. From there, she carefully considered my perspective in each aspect of the case and consulted with my trial attorney to further prepare her brief and oral argument. Her communication and responsiveness assured me that she was devoted to representing me well. Allison presented a well-supported response brief and a solid oral argument before the court of appeals, and the panel of judges did indeed rule in our favor. I not only hired one of the most intelligent and genuine appellate attorneys in Kansas City, but I gained a trustworthy friend.

Ed helped me get through the litigation and resolution of my case, and was able to get me compensation for my injuries. Look, there are many lawyers at many firms out there to get a cut of any compensation and dump cases they feel they can't get anything from. Ed didn't do that, and stuck with my case for five years. It's been almost 8 months since money has been paid to get paperwork started, we've stopped in the office, she's never there, we've left numerous messages, and still haven't heard from her or anyone else. It's ridiculous. Poor practice with Poor customer service.

I hired Mr. Rauzi to represent me with a bizarre case that was a complicated mess of incorrectly filed real estate deeds, ownership records and dozens of city fines over a house I believed was owned by a relative. The city had been sending me tickets and violations for 3+ years although the records show the house was not owned by me. It got so bad I ended up in a 2 day trial with 3 people from the Kansas City Prosecutors office working together over housing court tickets. Mr Rauzi is a calm and collected lawyer, I was worried because he was so calm but that is simply because he knows the law and knows how to handle things. The case and documents were prepared and organized, Mr. Rauzi was very effective in his arguments and case and I am extremely impressed. Mr. Rauzi knows business and real estate law and he did the very best to represent me even though I am a bit of a handful to deal with at times!
